The Celebration is organized by community partners in the Georgia child welfare system. They include (1) the legal community, the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia (2) our state social service agency, Department of Family and Children Services, (3) the volunteer and non-profit community, including the Floyd-Bryant Agency, Inc., Love and Living, Inc. (non-profit fiscal agent), and Catalyst for CARE.
